Road Bike Trials
Desire 2 Ride road trials are an opportunity to try different bikes - whether you are considering a change or just want a break from the trusty steed. We are not a bike retailer so there is no attempt to sell you a bike!
These trials are usually on a predetermined route of between 30 and 40 miles and a route plan is provided. We particularly welcome small groups of friends or co-riders on road trials as the shared experience seems to work well.
Please note all the normal terms and conditions of hire apply with certain deposit exemptions for road club groups with agreement in advance.

Sunday February 20th 2011 - 30-mile route starting and finishing at the Visitor Centre, Marquis Drive, Cannock Chase. Starts at 10.30 am. £20.
Sunday February 27th 2011 - Stafford Road Club have a reliability ride starting from Stafford Rugby Club, Newport Road, Stafford. Special hire rates.
Saturday March 12th 2011 - 30-mile route starting and finishing in Stafford town centre. Starts at 11.00 am. £20.
Tuesday March 15th 2011 - 30-mile route starting and finishing in Stafford town centre. Starts at 5.30 pm. £20.
Sunday April 3rd 2011 - 30-mile route starting and finishing at the Visitor Centre, Marquis Drive, Cannock Chase. Starts at 2.00 pm. £20.
Sunday May 8th 2011 - 30-mile route starting and finishing at the Spiders Web cyclist cafe in Cosford (near Albrighton, Shropshire). Starts at 10.30 am. £20.
Sunday May 8th 2011 - Katherine House Hospice cycling challenge 10/25/60 mile routes starting in Stafford. To book online www.khhospice.ork.uk Special hire rates for participants.
Later in the year we hope to be at the Newport Nocturne, Stafford Sky Ride and the Prostate Cancer Charity Tour of Britain.
